The Great Pumpkin Patch

After what seems like weeks of rain the sun finally came out today so after church (I left William in the nursery for the first time today) we packed up the car and headed to the pumpkin patch in Hayden, Alabama. Ryan was excited to get to use his backpack that he got for Christmas last year.

We were not the only ones who had decided to venture out on this beautiful Sunday. The pumpkin patch was packed with people. The line for the hayride to pick a pumpkin went on for miles. So....we checked out the petting zoo...

and headed home...without a pumpkin.
