Checking out everything that Santa brought…
A new bed for Dora
A bouncy horse, doll highchair, and doll bed for Virginia, a construction site for William
Virginia’s stocking
William decided it was easier to just turn it over and dump it out…
Discovering that there were presents under the tree too! Virginia loved unwrapping her gifts
Roller skates for William! He had asked for these a while back. The day before Christmas Eve we were walking through a sporting goods store when he spotted a skateboard but called it roller skates! I was certain that Santa thought that he had asked for roller skates and had to explain to him that Santa might have misunderstood and might be bringing him something else. Thankfully he was excited to open the skates and did really well on them!
The Saturday before Christmas we gave William $20 and took him to the Dollar Tree. We let him pick out presents for everyone in the family. He even wrapped some of them. Here he is giving Virginia her present-a pretend hair dryer and hair roller set.
Taking a break…
A little later in the morning the Macs came over to deliver MORE gifts…
Mini Mac opening her dollar tree gift-bamboo wind chimes
William’s fire/police station and traffic light!
The Macs left, we got dressed, and headed over to my brother’s house to celebrate with my family.
